Dortmund answered twice. Bayern Munich took the lead through Konrad Laimer, then again through Dayot Upamecano, but neither advantage survived a Klassiker that finished level.

The beIN SPORTS Australia highlights have drawn about 44,000 views in eight hours, already well beyond the channel's usual first-day audience for regular videos. Its Milan derby upload is also making an unusually brisk start.

Bayern's first warning comes from Michael Olise, whose shot strikes the post. At the other end, Serhou Guirassy finds the net after a turnover, only for referee Tobias Stieler to announce over the stadium speakers that the goal has been ruled out for offside.

Laimer then puts Bayern ahead by following up a goalkeeper's save. Harry Kane has an opportunity to extend that lead from the penalty spot, but his effort hits the crossbar. The offside decision, the penalty award and Kane's run-up are the main talking points in the comments.

Guirassy eventually gets his equaliser after Carney Chukwuemeka sets him up. Kane contributes a header to Upamecano's close-range response, giving Bayern another lead to protect. Fabio Silva supplies Dortmund's final answer in the closing minutes, securing the draw.
