Lizzie knows the theme tune. Before Jenna Ortega even sits down with Greg James, her assistant has been singing the music for his Unpopular Opinion segment and building up the interview as a press-tour highlight.

That explains a small formality: Ortega keeps calling the host by his full name. Lizzie has said "Greg James" so often that it has stuck.

In BBC Radio 1's fast-spreading Short, James asks where Lizzie is, and the camera finds her laughing outside the booth. Invited inside, she puts on headphones and confirms that, to her, appearing on his show is when the tour really begins.

James spots an opening. "If you ever get bored being Jenna's assistant, we should talk!" he jokes. Ortega immediately objects to this attempted recruitment, making the assistant's enthusiasm the setup for a playful exchange rather than a routine interview interruption.

The clip has drawn about 192,000 views in its first 13 hours, running far ahead of Radio 1's usual Shorts start.

It comes from Ortega and Amy Adams' longer Unpopular Opinion appearance, promoting their film Klara and the Sun. Beyond Lizzie's studio visit, that conversation moves on to mint outside toothpaste, backless shoes and acting advice.
