Lucy's secret-keeping clip leads BBC's fifteen-upload week

Four of the channel's six busiest new videos went up on the same Saturday, and a short about Lucy's loose lips is moving fastest of all.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Among the TV networks and streaming services, only Netflix has more subscribers than the BBC, which sits second of nine and just a whisker above Dropout. Its week on the channel was busy rather than spectacular: fifteen uploads, most of them short and cheerful, several dressed up with emojis.

The one pulling hardest is "Lucy is NOT one for keeping secrets," barely a day old and gathering views faster than anything else on the channel. Close behind come two more Saturday arrivals, "Who's the drama of the season? - BBC" and "Calling out the office small talk 💬 - BBC," moving at a similar clip to each other.

The Thursday pair has already cooled. "The March of the Druids 🥁👀 - BBC" and Joe Marler brushing off James Blunt's Celebrity Traitors spoilers both started well, then settled to a fraction of their opening pace. For now the BBC's attention belongs almost entirely to its newest batch.
