1:24The console comes out of its packaging for a close look at the textured back and green Joy-Cons.

6:51Austin powers up the system and stresses direct transfers because not every game's saves have cloud backup.

Getting the console took more effort than opening the box. Austin John Plays describes canceled preorders before finally securing the Zelda anniversary Switch 2 by waiting in line at GameStop. "I am exactly like you. I do not get sent Nintendo consoles by Nintendo early," he says.

"Is This the Zelda Console We've Been Waiting For?" then gets down to the details: textured etchings on the back, green Joy-Cons and a glossy dock with a gold Triforce. Inside the dock's port panel, there's retro NES Zelda artwork. The video includes a paid sponsorship segment for protective accessories.

The unboxing reached roughly 181,000 views, making it the week's most-watched upload and the channel's busiest video right now. Viewers are conducting their own tiny-detail inspection: several point out the grip's black interior and gold plus-and-minus markings, while another suggests miniature Triforces for the directional buttons.

The other new arrival, "Let's Get Poké Ball Pattern Vivillon - No Longer OT Locked?", turns from collecting hardware to collecting Pokémon. Austin says the pattern is returning after a long gap in worldwide distribution, and raises the possibility that it might no longer be locked to a preset Original Trainer. That question remains a question, not a confirmed change.

Channel-wide viewing is running above its usual daily pace, while the subscriber count stayed unchanged over the week. Among nearby gaming channels, Scott The Woz is also drawing above-usual daily viewing; DidYouKnowGaming is having a quieter spell.

Behind the two fresh uploads, Austin's FireRed and LeafGreen glitch guide remains the busiest older video, taking players through item duplication, trade evolutions and filling the Pokédex without trading.

4:20 Actually the grip is different. The regular one has colors on the sides (blue and orange), this one is both black with the +/- symbol in yellow.

I really like how they don't have the orange and blue on the magnet bit on the console or joycon sticky out bits.

actually the joycon grip is different to the original. on the original it's red and blue on the inside. on the zelda grip it's black with a gold + and - icon
