The verdict comes one second in. "This might be my new favorite channel," Asmongold says as an animated video called "Female Solipsism" begins to play. The line became the title of the newest upload on Asmongold Clips, the channel his editors at Daily Dose of Asmongold fill with shorter cuts from his streams. In its first 16 hours it drew close to 1.5 million views.

The cartoons are by Jake Abdo. The first presents women as reading the world through their own emotional state, and men as stuck arguing facts against feelings. Its advice is that men should not take emotional outbursts personally. Asmongold pauses to agree ("That's exactly what I said the other day") and laughs when an animated man tries to win the argument anyway: "You don't do this!"

At the two-minute mark he is on Instagram tracking down the account, thejakeabdo, and calling its maker "a virtuoso." The second short, "The Rationalization Hamster," carries the on-screen label "90 Days of Game," borrowing the pickup-artist sense of the word. Its argument is that emotions come first and reasoning follows to justify them. "This is science, guys," Asmongold says. The clip closes as he starts a reaction video by Alexis Hines about a court case.

The comments move in the same direction as the cartoons. Viewers trade sayings about men, women and logic, with lines credited to figures from the writer Sergei Dovlatov to the speaker Larry Winget, and some turn the subject toward politics. The likes had already passed the channel's usual first-day total, while the comment count was still behind its usual pace.

The clip landed between uploads about the Ethan Klein scandal, which has filled much of the channel's week. One of those, "It's all coming out now..", posted the same day, has drawn even more views. Relationship arguments are familiar ground here: two of the channel's five most watched videos are reactions to the 2022 Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial.
