1:56Gallagher recalls meeting Paul McCartney, who calls him "Nolo."
2:30The self-described guitar hoarder remembers giving an instrument to a member of tribute band Noasis.
3:39Gallagher explains the cardboard Matthew McConaughey he placed in his front window.
5:48He recalls rehearsals convincing him that Oasis's return would work.
8:18Gallagher coaches Dimoldenberg through saying "cherry tomatoes" with a Manchester accent.

"Cherry tomatoes" becomes a pronunciation exercise when Noel Gallagher tries to teach Amelia Dimoldenberg his Manchester accent. It is a suitably small, strange task for a date that also makes room for Paul McCartney calling him "Nolo" and a cardboard Matthew McConaughey in his window.

"NOEL GALLAGHER | CHICKEN SHOP DATE: THE FINAL SERIES" has passed a million views, making it the most watched of Dimoldenberg's seven uploads this week. The Oasis songwriter describes himself as a guitar hoarder, but recalls giving an instrument to a member of tribute band Noasis. Even the collection has its exceptions.

Viewers are picking up on an unusual feature of this particular pairing: how close their dry exchanges come to an ordinary conversation. Others are requesting Liam Gallagher next, noticing the untouched chicken and proposing that the final date should feature two Amelias.

The full interview remains the channel's strongest daily draw, with a cinema announcement close behind: Chicken Shop Date's final series will screen on November 24 for one night only. A popcorn-themed teaser is also among the uploads carrying the most momentum.

Across the channel, daily views are close to their usual pace, while the subscriber count has held steady. Its roughly 5.4 million views over the week sit in similar territory to Theo Von and Club Shay Shay. For Dimoldenberg, the distinctive development is the change of venue: the takeaway-table format is getting a cinema outing.
