Louisa May Alcott makes a brief appearance in Alexis Jacobo's city-day vlog, by way of the copy of Little Women she reads over iced coffee. Then it's across the street to a West Village photo booth, where the souvenir is a black-and-white strip of pictures.

The outing in "spend a day with me in nyc 🩷" is compact: hair and makeup, an outfit check, a cafe, photos, clothing shopping and the subway home. Posted in August, it is drawing the most daily views among the channel's active videos highlighted here. "Come with me to Planet Fitness" and "morning in my life 💓💓" are also picking up views from the archive.

Alexis posted nothing new this week, but the channel added about 184,000 views. Subscribers held steady, while daily viewing is a little below its usual level. It's a smaller-scale continuation of the routines and personal spaces that feature in her most-watched regular uploads, including her New York bedroom decorating video.

Among similarly sized lifestyle channels, Operation Niki added subscribers this week, while Tara Michelle's daily viewing is well above usual. Alexis's week belongs to the older uploads: a gym visit, a morning routine and a New York afternoon with time to read.
