Apple's living room gets a price check on ZONEofTECH
HomePod mini 2 and Apple TV 4K buying guides weigh new features against higher prices and Siri AI updates coming later.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Huawei's GAME CHANGER Chip is REAL!
A foldable iPhone isn't the only Apple purchase Daniel has been weighing. ZONEofTECH's seven-upload week also turned toward the living room, where the question is less about pocket-sized novelty and more about what an upgrade actually buys.
"HomePod mini 2 - 10 Things BEFORE Buying!" works through new colors, connectivity, sound and a higher price, with Siri AI due in a later update. The companion "Apple TV 4K (2026) - DON'T Buy It!" makes a pointed distinction: new hardware brings features, but Siri AI is also coming to older Apple TVs. That matters when the streaming box costs twice as much as the earlier model Daniel uses for comparison.
There's a more practical catch in "Apple HomeView - 21 Things BEFORE Buying!" Both versions carry the same price, Daniel explains, but the wall-mounted option doesn't include the speaker base or power adapter supplied with the tabletop model. It's the sort of detail that can disappear beneath a launch-day feature list.
Huawei supplied the week's most-watched new upload. "Huawei's GAME CHANGER Chip is REAL!" explains a stacked processor design and the manufacturer's performance claims, with Daniel making clear he wants to test it himself. Viewers' questions concentrate on cooling, heat dissipation and clock speed. Meanwhile, the earlier HP OmniBook Ultra upload remains the channel's strongest source of daily views, with Huawei and the HomePod guide also carrying momentum.
ZONEofTECH added roughly 10,000 subscribers and 1.65 million views over seven days. Its daily viewing is now well above its usual pace. Among nearby gadget channels, META PCs had a particularly large week, while The Tech Chap's daily viewing was close to normal. For ZONEofTECH, the fresh addition is a connected set of Apple buying guides that keeps returning to the same useful distinction: what's included today, and what's promised for later.

What viewers say
Yes but if it's stacked what about cooling and heat dissipation? On a single level it has a larger surface area, but stacked it will keep more heat inside, so faster heat-up and worst sustained performance?
