Let’s Fix Nintendo’s Biggest Flop 🎮🔧
Why repair a Wii U rather than replace it? Under Wire & Plug’s “Let’s Fix Nintendo’s Biggest Flop 🎮🔧,” viewers make the case for keeping a familiar console, with some wondering about saved progress. Others challenge the title’s billing, pointing to Nintendo’s Virtual Boy instead.
The Wii U repair is the week’s most-watched new upload, reaching more than half a million views. Nintendo also supplies the other busy new arrival, “This Is What Happens When Game Boy Games Get Too Old 😳.” It had a slightly bigger first-day audience than the Wii U video, though the latter is drawing more daily views now. An older Google phone repair rounds out the channel’s most active videos.
The remaining uploads return to phone-shop territory: fitting Android screens with the frame and a warning about phones potentially ending up recycled. Across the channel, subscribers grew by about 10,000 over the week, while today’s viewing pace is below its usual level.
Nearby gadget channels Tech.Explain and Joe Cirillo are seeing above-usual daily viewing. Wire & Plug has the largest weekly view gain among this small group of similarly sized channels, with Nintendo repairs giving its phone-focused shelf a distinctly nostalgic turn.
