Scooby-Doo mystery lights up The Q's house
A costumed investigation and a spring-wheel bicycle give the channel two very different DIY projects.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
I Recreated Scooby-Doo for Halloween with Govee Outdoor Lights!
A ghost in the yard is one problem; bicycle wheels held together with springs are another. The Q took on both, posting two projects that trade ordinary household and workshop objects for something considerably less ordinary.
"I Recreated Scooby-Doo for Halloween with Govee Outdoor Lights!" is the week's most watched new upload, passing half a million views. The promotional lighting project turns the house into a Scooby-Doo mystery, complete with decorations, a 10,000 Volt Ghost and a costumed investigation. Different lighting setups supply the changing spooky moods.
That distinction has become the conversation underneath: viewers discuss how lighting changes the same decorations, the purple-and-blue palette with green accents, and pathway lights that guide the investigator toward trouble. One viewer asks whether approaching visitors could trigger flashing lights.
"Spring Bike in Autumn" returns to mechanical experimentation: replacing conventional wheel spokes with springs, then testing the homemade bicycle. It has reached roughly 370,000 views and includes a rewards-platform promotion. Both new uploads remain the channel's most active videos, followed by the ToolDance-supported custom sprocket project, which machines a Q into a bicycle part.
The subscriber count was unchanged over the week, while daily viewing is somewhat below its usual pace. Among nearby gadget channels, CrazyRussianHacker added subscribers and JerryRigEverything is drawing above-usual daily viewing. The Q's own week belongs to two hands-on questions: how to stage a cartoon mystery at home, and what happens when a bicycle's spokes become springs.

I used to work at a theme park as a lighting tech for their Halloween event and we’d spend thousands of dollars on equipment to get effects like this. Seeing a regular house pull it off with consumer lights is honestly kind of amazing!
