Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

My tenants just moved out after 27 years #realestate

The move-out is only half the conversation. Beneath Thach Nguyen's “My tenants just moved out after 27 years #realestate,” viewers are discussing what should happen next: returning the security deposit, distinguishing wear and tear from damage, and perhaps offering a thank-you bonus.

Several commenters point to the home's condition after such a long tenancy. Those are viewers' assessments, not a verdict on the deposit, but they give the week's most-watched upload a distinctly human focus. It has reached roughly 155,000 views.

Nguyen posted two videos, both on October 7. The other, “How I’m Turning A $450K Property Into $4 Million,” sets out an ambitious property-development premise. The move-out video has the larger total audience, though the two are now drawing daily views at nearly the same pace.

The channel added subscribers over the week, while its current daily viewing is more than triple its usual pace. Beyond the new arrivals, “How I Would Build A Real Estate Business From Scratch” remains its most active older upload, keeping the practical business-building side of Nguyen's channel in the mix.

Excellent tenant. This is exactly the kind of person a landlord would want to rent to. Excellent.
