The school-bus waiting spot is a different kind of destination for Sur Ronster. In "I Left My E-Bike for India," the electric-bike creator eventually reaches Jawalakhel, Nepal, pointing out his childhood home and the places where he used to wait for a ride to school.
Getting there begins with a less sentimental problem: finding fuel. Unable to bring his e-bike to India, he rents a scooter in Delhi and spends part of the opening stretch searching for a functioning gas station. Viewers have turned that detour into a vocabulary lesson, suggesting that searching for "petrol" rather than "gas" would have helped.
The trip follows his London and Paris riding videos, but this installment changes both the machinery and the mood. Delhi brings a walk through Jama Masjid's courtyard, surrounding market streets and a ride past the Red Fort. Then he flies to Kathmandu, rents a Honda XR190L and heads through Thamel before revisiting his old neighborhood.
The title promises India; the more personal material comes across the border. Childhood memories are a recurring subject in the comments, alongside requests for more travel videos that explain the places rather than simply ride through them.
At Boudhanath Stupa, he explains the clockwise walking tradition and spins the prayer wheels. From there, the motorcycle carries him into the mountains toward views of the Himalayas.

What viewers say
You couldn’t find gas stations because they are called petrol stations over there. When you looked up gas it took you to places where they sell gas cylinders for cooking
