I Eliminated Every Single DayZ Roof Camper

Among the let's-play and variety channels around his size, Stimpee gained the third most views over the seven days, a little over two million. ImCade and AstralSpiff had the bigger weeks, Bigpuffer ran above his usual pace, and chuggaaconroy was one of the quieter ones.

All of it rested on a single video. In "I Eliminated Every Single DayZ Roof Camper," the creator best known for his Rust betrayals moves to DayZ. He takes on players who sit on rooftops picking off everyone below, and the description says there had been more of them than usual. It went up on September 26 and drew close to half of its views in the first 24 hours.

The comments enjoy the irony. Several viewers point out that once the campers climb down, another camper is waiting for them at the door, and one sums it up as a Rust habit carried into a new game.

With only one upload, the channel's daily views ran well below their usual level. It still added about 10,000 subscribers.
