A formal occasion calls for a "jtie" or a "jowlgown," according to the Tumblr thread Reighar brings to life over Minecraft parkour. Once everything can be renamed after jeans, even a car becomes a "jar."

The denim-themed Short drew an estimated 646,000 views in its first day, nearly ten times Reighar's usual Shorts start. Its joke has a surprisingly concrete destination: the Levi's-edition AMC Gremlin, introduced midway through a procession of denim clothes and accessories.

"Let me tell you about the 1973 Levi's Gremlin," the narrator announces, shifting from increasingly strained wordplay to automotive history. AMC really did offer the Levi's edition, though its denim-look upholstery used spun nylon rather than cotton denim. The car was real; the fabric came with a qualification.

Reighar performs the different posts as a back-and-forth conversation, with a denim suit, handbag and violin joining the expanding wardrobe. The on-screen thread dates back to February 2016.

The comments carry on the exercise. Viewers debate whether the denim suit would make practical festival wear, imagine a whole denim house and contribute more jean-based names. The Gremlin gets particular attention, including a case for denim upholstery in a V8 hatchback and the inevitable verdict that the car is pure "jeanius."
