Seven days old, "Trading Pokémon with That One Friend" is already past 700,000 views and doing most of the work on PeachMonkey's channel. The title promises a familiar kind of pain for anyone who grew up with a link cable: the friend who always wants the better deal.

The week's other upload, "Paper Mario Taught Me Where I Belonged," went up three days later and took a gentler road, gathering a few thousand views in its first day. It sounds like a more personal piece, built around Nintendo's paper-craft role-playing series rather than a sketch.
