The busiest of them is "A day in my life! ✨💕 #offgrid #homestead," about two weeks old and already past a hundred thousand views. Close behind sits "First sourdough bread in our new kitchen!", a first loaf in a new space that comes with a recipe spelled out in the description, down to the gram of salt. It has the biggest total of the three.

The third is a slower, prettier one: "Dying with berries." Nicolle's description explains that salal berries only show up at the end of summer, and that she counts the purple they give among her favorite colors to dye with. It is a seasonal short, and a month on it is still being watched.
