Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

“God will pay me back” 🥹❤️

MDMotivator's Zach sits barefoot on a sidewalk, wearing sunglasses and holding a walking stick. The situation is a setup: he is pretending to be blind and to have had his shoes taken. Fatima stops, then does considerably more than ask if he needs help.

The hospital cook fetches socks and puts them on his feet. She tells him she is from Senegal and wants to offer the kind of support she would hope someone would give her family. Then she leaves for hot food and drinks, returning about 20 minutes later. When Zach says he cannot repay her, she answers, "God will pay me back, not you..."

That exchange gives "God will pay me back" 🥹❤️ its title. Zach eventually reveals the experiment and gives her a cash thank-you. In the comments, viewers keep returning to two practical gestures: putting the socks on for him and coming back with the meal. The small acts occupy as much attention as the reveal.

The upload drew roughly 146,000 views in its first ten hours. Across the channel, subscribers grew by about 40,000 over seven days, although daily viewing is currently below its usual pace. Among nearby channels, steak also added subscribers, while Beta Squad's count was unchanged for the week.

Older uploads remain a substantial part of MDMotivator's viewing. Roberto's account of losing his home to fire is the channel's busiest video by current daily views, followed by "I think my dad is Spiderman" 🥹❤️. Fatima's encounter is next, putting this week's single new story among the channel's most active uploads.
