Michael Popok moves from witness accounts to a specific demand for action: a Justice Department special counsel to investigate Donald Trump and others. That recommendation is the central conclusion of the House Judiciary Committee Democrats' staff report he examines on Legal AF.
The report, released by Democrats led by Jamie Raskin, sets out sexual abuse allegations involving Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. Popok displays its pages and reads from its executive summary before working through accounts involving modeling agencies, beauty pageants and encounters with Trump. These are the report's allegations and arguments for an investigation, not findings from a criminal trial.
One substantial section centers on Stacey Williams. In a recorded clip, she describes Epstein taking her to Trump Tower, where Trump pulled her toward him and groped her. Popok also shows a photograph of a postcard Trump sent her. Elsewhere, he reviews Beatris Kool's account of being assaulted at the Plaza Hotel.
The report's call for a special counsel arrives about thirteen minutes into the video. Popok then turns to disclosure, using an archival Raskin interview and a hearing exchange in which Senator Sheldon Whitehouse questions Kash Patel about remaining FBI records. Patel says the bureau has complied with the statute and court orders.
The upload has reached roughly 1.2 million views over five days. Legal AF has continued examining the report, including a separate discussion with Karen Friedman Agnifilo and Lisa Graves about the allegations and the Justice Department's handling of the matter.
