LazarBeam's Minecraft advancement challenge runs five times ahead of Roblox

Four days old, the week's single upload is gathering views about five times faster than a Roblox video nearly a year old that still draws a crowd.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Getting every advancement in Minecraft is a long grind, and LazarBeam built the week's only video around being stuck until it was done. "Trapped Until I Get Every Minecraft Advancement" went up four days ago and is already past three and a half million views, adding roughly a million a day.

The older catalog has not gone quiet either. "I Trapped 100000 Roblox Players" is almost a year old and well past a hundred million views, and it is still the channel's second-busiest video. Two trapped-themed titles now hold the top two spots, eleven months apart. Further back, "Worlds Strongest Laptop" keeps a much smaller but steady trickle going.

The subscriber count held still over the past couple of days. Among the shooter and battle-royale gamers, LazarBeam has the most subscribers of the nine channels in the group, with Ali-A the nearest below him.
