A Big Mac meal and a Happy Meal make an unlikely opening act for a restaurant tour with steak, bone marrow mash and seafood still to come. Johnny Carey and Michael Hamilton put other creators' favorite orders to the test in "Trying YouTuber's Favourite Restaurants...", the upload doing most of the work during a week without anything new.

SV2 supplies that McDonald's order, while Cole Anderson-James sends them to Flat Iron in London. PK Humble keeps his recommendation specific: Dixy Chicken on Tottenham High Road. Specs Gonzalez chooses Porterhouse in Ongar, where the pair arrive during the kitchen's afternoon break and have to wait for service to resume. Michael adds his own stop, The Fat Crab, complete with bibs and bags of seafood boil.

Posted just before the seven-day window, the food vlog has reached about 70,000 views and accounts for most of the channel's daily viewing right now. The Marbella trip and birthday-surprise vlog are also picking up views, but at a much gentler pace.

Johnny's subscriber count stayed unchanged over the week, and daily views are currently around a quarter of their usual level. Nearby comedy channels have had busier weeks for viewing, including Foil Arms and Hog, though its daily pace is also below normal. For Johnny, the most active destination is neither the holiday nor the birthday weekend: it's a meal chosen by somebody else.
