Jasmin closes her eyes on the kitchen island, ready to fall backwards into James's arms. Unfortunately, someone has just offered him a chocolate bar.

That is the setup for Jasmin and James's new wordless comedy sketch, which has drawn nearly six million views in about 14 hours. James accepts the treat and turns towards a green-masked companion, leaving his catching duties unattended at precisely the wrong moment.

The pile of plush toys nearby is a fairly strong clue that this is a staged gag, not a spontaneous household mishap. Unlike the couple's stretchy-arm and pointe-shoe illusions also featured today, this one needs no elaborate visual trick: just closed eyes, misplaced trust and exceptionally bad timing.
