Jaku decodes Ferb's Martian speech, right down to the punchline

The cartoon's alien chants also hide Disney's name and a nod to co-creator Dan Povenmire.

What Does Ferb Say Backwards?

Candace wants a little time to herself. Unfortunately, becoming queen of the Martians has made privacy difficult, and asking Ferb to translate her request doesn't improve matters.

Jaku's Short, "What Does Ferb Say Backwards?", unpacks the reversed dialogue in a Mars adventure from Phineas and Ferb. The boys build a portal, Candace steps through, and the aliens promptly adopt her as royalty. Their language sounds unfamiliar until Jaku plays it backward.

The chants resolve into "Disney" and "Povenmire," a reference to series co-creator Dan Povenmire. Ferb's contribution is less a secret message than a neatly concealed repetition: his Martian speech reverses into the same answer he gives Candace in English moments later. "They say fine, but not without them."

The Short reached roughly 449,000 views in 11 hours, already far beyond Jaku's usual full-day audience for the format. Among the comments, Disney's name prompts questions, while one viewer makes a playful connection to Mickey Mouse's sorcerer mentor, Yen Sid.

It follows Jaku's recent backward-speech puzzle about Zane in Ninjago. Here, the hidden answer is also the scene's joke: Ferb has already translated the refusal before Candace hears it in English.
