Hikaru Nakamura's "Wrong Answers Only" sparks a calendar debate
The comments are far busier than usual, with viewers picking apart the wording of a month-length question.
Why this story? The video opened at a pace of 216,440 views a day, 9.6 times a normal first day on this channel (22,434).
Wrong Answers Only
A calendar question has become the sticking point beneath Hikaru Nakamura's "Wrong Answers Only." The Short has reached roughly 195,000 views in 19 hours, already far beyond the usual first-day audience for his short uploads.
But the replies offer more than chess jokes. Viewers are debating whether asking which month has 28 days means exactly that many, or at least that many. Some point out that every month reaches that point; others argue that the wording naturally asks for February. A separate discussion takes up how continents are counted, with commenters noting that different countries teach different conventions.
For a creator known for spotting possibilities on a chessboard at speed, it's a funny change of subject. One viewer even imagines Magnus Carlsen getting credit for painting the Mona Lisa. The comment section is already more than seventeen times as busy as a typical first day.
Chess itself hasn't disappeared from the channel's fast-starting Shorts: "Bro Remembered Bro's Endgame Skills" also drew an unusually large first-day audience. Here, though, the fine print being examined belongs to a quiz question rather than a chess position.

If "all months" is the correct answer to "which month has 28 days in a normal year?". Then 30 should be a correct answer to "how many days does the month of August have?".
