Pastor draws THOUSANDS to Texas football stadium: 'Hunger for spirituality'

Fox News Clips has drawn an unusually large early audience for a conversation about faith rather than its familiar political debates. Its excerpt of Pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell's Fox & Friends appearance reached about 176,000 views in eleven hours, already well beyond the channel's usual full-day audience for regular videos.

Mitchell joins the morning show to discuss the worship gathering at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The video's description puts attendance at 80,000 believers. That is a different use for a venue best known as the home of the Dallas Cowboys: a football stadium serving as a gathering place for prayer.

The interview also covers Mitchell's new book, Contend, and his call for modern Christians to return to biblical truth. The title frames the turnout as a "Hunger for spirituality."

In the comments, some viewers say they attended the gathering; another describes praying with friends from afar. Others call for similar gatherings around the world or hope more pastors will preach boldly. The conversation extends beyond the size of the stadium crowd to what people want to carry into everyday life.
