BUILDING A DOCK TO ENJOY THE SUNSET - Off-Grid Property Update

A place to watch the sunset comes with a fair amount of engineering. In "BUILDING A DOCK TO ENJOY THE SUNSET - Off-Grid Property Update," Drew Builds Stuff works through design, framing, finishing and the practical business of keeping a floating dock attached to shore.

The October upload has reached roughly 813,000 views and carries the strongest daily momentum on the channel. Drew presents the process with soft music, construction sounds and relaxed narration, making room for life around the beaver pond as well as the build itself.

Nothing new arrived this week, but the catalog added about 1.2 million views. Subscribers held steady just short of two million, while daily viewing is running a little below its usual level. Among nearby DIY channels, Garden Answer had a similarly sized weekly view gain; ForgeCore and HAUS PLANS ®️ had much larger viewing weeks.

The dock also adds another chapter to Drew's Muskoka property project. His off-grid bathroom build remains active, pairing white oak walls and slate floors with less glamorous necessities: an incinerating toilet, solar power, batteries and a water setup. The tiny Suzuki Carry camper, the focus of his earlier upload break, continues drawing substantial daily viewing too. Between the camper, the bathroom and now the dock, Drew's catalog makes room for both getting away and getting comfortable once you're there.
