Eight days old and still the busiest thing on the channel: "Her Tattoos & Piercings Made This Drawing INSANE 🔥" has passed 335,000 views and is gathering them faster than anything Devon Rodriguez posted since.

It has company, and the company shares a theme. "His Journey Is as Incredible as His Tattoos!" went up on September 29 and is close behind it in daily views. A same-day short, "I Loved Drawing Her Glasses! ✍️🕶️", picked up most of its views in its first 24 hours. Ink, metal and frames seem to make good subjects for a pencil that lives on fine detail.

The longer-running idea got its turn too. "Surprising Strangers With Their Portraits on the Subway | Vol. 7" continues the format that made Rodriguez widely known: sketching New York commuters who have no idea they are being drawn, then handing them the result.
