Pierre Dalati swaps bedtime scrolling for a book

"Levels of Sleeping" passes 2.5 million views in a six-upload week spanning wallets, discipline and confidence.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Better sleep takes some troubleshooting. In Pierre Dalati's "Levels of Sleeping," fixing one bedtime problem only reveals the next: late snacks, early sunlight, a hot room, then the phone keeping him awake.

The sketch turns his familiar step-by-step format into a miniature bedroom overhaul. He gets blackout blinds, cools the room, trades scrolling for reading and adjusts his pillow support. By the end, he's outside in the morning light. In the comments, one viewer admits to watching during a bedtime doomscroll, while others point out the missing ingredient of a consistent sleep schedule. Several are also asking for a Gohar collaboration.

It was the most watched of six new uploads. "Regular Wallet vs MagSafe Wallet" and "Stop Wasting Money on These Things" also found substantial audiences, while "Levels of Discipline" extended the week's habit-building theme. For viewers wanting more than a quick demonstration, "Give Me 16 Minutes and I'll Make You Dangerously Confident" offers a longer progression through social insecurity, rejection and confidence less dependent on approval.

Across the channel, daily viewing is running above its usual level, and the week brought roughly 60,000 new subscribers, putting three million within reach. Pierre also drew the largest weekly view total among the nearby self-improvement channels, with Lewis Howes having a steadier spell and Robert Greene's daily viewing notably above normal.

October's "Levels of Smelling Good" remains his most active video, but the new "How to Dominate Any Conversation" is close behind in daily views. Bedtime isn't the only everyday skill getting attention.

  • This is great, but one more thing to add is CONSISTENCY. Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day (even the weekends) is also very important. You can do all the things in this video but if you go to bed randomly you won’t get a rhythm and can still feel tired in the morning. Hope this helps!
