BBCRadio1VEVO spent its week on one visit. CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, the Argentine pair whose playful, genre-hopping funk became a breakout story a couple of years ago, filled the Live Lounge, and all three uploads came from that session.
The cover did what Live Lounge covers tend to do. Their take on the Spice Girls' 'Wannabe' is the biggest of the three and close to 400,000 views after five days. Their own songs followed: 'No Me Sirve Más' (roughly "it's no use to me anymore") has kept a surprisingly steady pace, not far behind the cover day to day, while 'Todo Ray' moved more gently.
An older guest still has a place in the picture. Sienna Spiro's cover of Olivia Rodrigo's 'Less', posted almost three months ago, has passed two million views and remains the third busiest video on the channel.
Among the music labels and music media channels around it, the station's channel sits third by subscribers, behind BBC Music and Epitaph Records. Complex News kept close to its usual pace. Subscriber counts were flat.
