MANZAMBI Header stuns Newcastle | Newcastle United 0-1 Villa | Premier League Highlights

Nicolas Jackson's opening effort is stopped, but Newcastle's goalkeeper has no answer when Tiago Gomes sends in a cross and Johan Manzambi meets it with his head. Villa's highlights put the decisive connection near the beginning: the goal arrives just seconds into the replay.

The club's account of its narrow away win has already drawn far more views than its short uploads usually receive on their first day. A separate homeward-bound celebration is also moving faster than usual, alongside post-match reaction from Unai Emery and a Manzambi spotlight.

There is more attacking football here than the score alone suggests. Emiliano Buendía has an attempt blocked, Ross Barkley's low shot is saved, and Ibrahima Mbaye dribbles into the penalty area before shooting just wide. Coming after Villa's six-goal European win over Fenerbahçe, this is a much tighter result, with further chances left unfinished.

In the comments, supporters single out Manzambi, discuss Victor Lindelöf's contribution and praise Zion Suzuki. One viewer picks up on something less obvious: the commentator's voice dropping as he appears to move away from his microphone while celebrating. Even in a compact highlights package, the club broadcast has its own supporting character.

What viewers say

This commentator is truly passionate. I don't know how many times he's stepped away from his microphone to celebrate a goal, causing the voice to drop a little. It's really nice to hear him. 😂
