Why this story? The video opened at a pace of 1,133,643 views a day, 20 times a normal first day on this channel (56,181).

Bro forgot the baby was already born 😭

The pillow is coming too. A father bolts upright in bed, starts gathering belongings and tries to get his partner moving toward the hospital. She has a fairly important correction: she has already given birth.

The bedroom security-camera clip, shared by the clips channel WOW Moments, has passed a million views in 19 hours. That is already far beyond the channel's usual first-day audience for a Short, with the comments also several times busier than usual.

Posted as "Bro forgot the baby was already born 😭," the video carries English subtitles over the couple's Chinese dialogue. His urgent preparations stop when the mother reminds him that the hospital trip is behind them. He leans over to check the baby beside them, then settles back down to sleep.

Viewers compare his sudden urgency to waking from a nap convinced you're late for school, only to remember you're an adult. The pillow gets its own share of attention: while he returns to sleep, the mother is left asking why that needed packing in the first place.
