Bathroom oddities join USA Inspection's roof and deck checks

Seven uploads mix unconventional plumbing with concerns about workmanship, structure and safety.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

USA Inspection had the largest weekly view gain among its nearby DIY and home-channel peers, adding roughly 897,000 views. Its subscriber count stayed unchanged, though, so the busier viewing week did not bring a corresponding expansion there.

The week's biggest upload was the outdoor urinal we covered here, now past 620,000 views. Its backyard location has prompted viewers to suggest uses for yard crews and maintenance workers, and to recall similar garage setups. Others are discussing drainage and odor, practical questions beneath an unusual inspection find.

There is another bathroom oddity in the mix: a restroom with two urinals placed side by side and very little personal space, according to the description. That upload is currently drawing the channel's second-largest daily audience, behind the outdoor fixture. Bathroom layout, rather than a broken component, supplies the talking point this time.

The rest of the week brings more conventional inspection concerns. A homeowner-made shower drew the largest audience of the other listed uploads. USA Inspection describes workmanship problems there, while its roof video warns of structural issues that could lead to a partial collapse. Other posts examine ice buildup on an HVAC coil, loose exterior components and a deck with safety concerns.

Daily channel views are now more than double their usual level. Nearby, Reserve Home added subscribers over the week, while Cottage and Company's daily viewing is running below its usual pace. For USA Inspection, the DIY shower remains among the videos drawing the most fresh views, alongside those decidedly unconventional restroom arrangements.

  • A good idea for yard crews or house maintenance.
  • Buddy of mine, a gear head, always working in his garage/shop had a very similar set up in his garage. It was located right next to the refrigerator full of beer. Genius.
