Choose Your Starter Pokemon, Then Fuse with an Eeveelution!

Eevee did the heavy lifting. "Choose Your Starter Pokemon, Then Fuse with an Eeveelution!" went up on October 4 and passed 200,000 views in about a day and a half. It also kept moving far faster than anything else on the channel, while the whole channel ran at more than double its usual daily views.

The idea is in the title: pick a starter, fuse it with one of Eevee's evolutions, then battle. The comment section reads like a team-building seminar. Viewers point out the fastest Eeveelution being handed triage, wonder why Espeon was not paired with the rock types in round two, and sketch out a Blissey with decent defenses as something truly frightening. One crit into a thaw near the hour mark gets timestamped again and again. A running chant about pizza and pepperoni being delicious is the inside joke everyone seems to know. Another viewer suggests running it back with every Eevee on a wheel.

The fusion battle closed a busy three uploads. On October 2, "Choose Your Starter For 2 Months, Then Battle in a Pokemon Championship!" wrapped up a series, with a simple thank-you in the description. A day before that came a fresh project: a two-player Soul Link Nuzlocke of a game the title says nobody has won. The rules are strict. If one Pokemon faints, its partner goes down too, and one whiteout ends everything. It starts on the easier mode, and it streams on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Among the let's-play and variety channels close to its size, UnitedGamer added the most views this week, about 1.4 million. JayMoji was also running above its usual pace, while Caboose and The Lasercorn Channel had quieter weeks.
