Spider-Man and Iron Man turn unsettling on VVolf's horror shelf

Four uploads pair superhero analog-horror reactions with VCR83 apartment scares and a sinister Cat in the Hat costume.

these 𝚊𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚘𝚐 superheroes will not save you.

The rescuers need rethinking. VVolf's most watched new upload, "these 𝚊𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚘𝚐 superheroes will not save you.", turns familiar Marvel heroes into the subjects of horror animations, drawing about 14,000 views.

The nearly hour-long reaction lineup includes a mutated Spider-Man, Iron Man's ominous suit and Spider-Man chapters centered on Mary Jane and control of the city. These are horror reinterpretations, not an official Marvel movie. Between them, VVolf takes in short films, Backrooms horror and warnings about switching off the lights. Viewers are imagining a Marvel horror crossover with Freddy Krueger and asking for an analog-horror victim who actually fights back. Another recurring talking point is simpler: Fears on Fridays landed on a Friday.

The apartment scares have the strongest momentum right now. "my apartment is full of 𝙰𝚕𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚗𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚜." features VCR83, while "Alternates are Hiding in my Apartment 😭 #horror #jumpscare #shorts" is currently adding views faster than either long-form upload. The week's smaller outing, "The Cat in the Hat Costume is a 𝙿𝙰𝚁𝙰𝚂𝙸𝚃𝙴.", reacts to a costume-themed analog-horror piece credited to @krisarchives_analog. Apparently even the wardrobe isn't offering much reassurance.

Subscribers edged upward, bringing VVolf to 192,000. Its weekly viewing audience was smaller than those of the nearby gaming channels, with Floydsonson and Neebs Magic Dumpster having particularly substantial viewing weeks. VVolf's own daily views are now well above their usual pace, though the apartment Short, rather than the week's biggest upload, is doing the most work today.
