'Worst backpack I've ever had' turns out to be a passenger who holds on tight

The same seven days brought a two-part court story, from the night before to the verdict.

Worst backpack I’ve ever had

The backpack in ThoughTaken's most watched new video is not something you buy in a store. It is a person riding on the back of the bike, and judging by the comments, a very clingy one. The channel calls itself home to "motovlogs that aren't really motovlogs," and this one fits: the ride is mostly an excuse for an awkward introduction. Viewers spend their time on the setup, a friend who seems determined to find him a date of some kind, and on the deflated "nice to meet you" that several of them keep replaying. Others just want the video of the ride with Lizzie.

The rest of the week went somewhere more serious. "I have court tomorrow…" went up on September 29, and two days later came "I was found guilty." The titles say little beyond that, and the second is the one moving faster now, two days in. Then came "Waiting on a friend to show up," which went up on October 2 and is already gathering views quicker than anything else on the channel.

Seven uploads in all, and the channel is running well above its usual daily pace, with about 16 million views and 20,000 new subscribers over the week. Among the motorbike and motorsport channels near its size, none added more views in those seven days. 4WD 24-7 and Kashius Alexander are also having lively weeks, while Sky Sports F1 is quieter than usual.
