"£1 Vs £1,000,000 Skatepark!" is the newest upload from Spanner, the scooter rider whose about line reads, in full, "Certified jokeman." The title does the explaining: a cheap park at one end, a wildly expensive one at the other, with a Welsh flag tucked on the end. The tags fill in the rest, from pro scooter and scooter check to game of scoot, the trick-for-trick format that riders play the way basketball players play HORSE.

It was one of only two uploads in the week, and the quicker of the pair. The other, "Can't believe he did this😡," is a week old and past a third of a million views, still moving at a decent clip. Further back, "Would you try this?🤔" crossed a million views about a month after it went up and keeps collecting.

Subscriber numbers held level over the past few days. Among sports channels of a similar size, Spanner sits fifth by subscribers, and Bryson DeChambeau is the busy one right now, running well above his usual pace. Global Cycling Network and World Rugby are a little ahead of their norms too.
