You Won't Believe What's in This Video... [SMii7Y VOD]

SMii7Yminus is the unedited side of SMii7Y: whole Twitch streams, posted for anyone who missed them or simply likes a long sit with no cuts. It put up just one this week, "You Won't Believe What's in This Video...," and the stream inside is a September 11 session of Odd Remedy, filed under a name with a straight face: "the best game of all time."

The tags place it among the weird Steam games SMii7Y and his friends keep digging up, and the comments suggest what the game mostly is: phones. Viewers joke that someone walking in cold would take it for a phone simulator, one reckons the actual playing comes to a tiny fraction of the runtime, and a running gag about John sending SMii7Y messages he never answers gets its own laughs. Others ask why the spiders can fly, praise Fitz for the rare outing of his good voice, and point out a familiar old name, Ohmwrecker, near the top of an in-game invite list around the 38-minute mark.

It passed 100,000 views in four days, and it is the channel's busiest video right now. Behind it, "The Cursed Train Game is Back..." (Forest Escape: Last Train) is still drawing a steady crowd, and a June hide-and-seek stream of Meccha Chameleon keeps edging toward 800,000.

The channel as a whole ran a little above its usual daily pace, which is a good return for a single upload. Among streamer channels of a similar size, Zoink is having the standout week, with JasonTheWeen and vinesauce also above their norm, while Stable Ronaldo Live and Spaceboy Shorts are running lighter than usual. Odd Remedy, at least, earned its title from the people who watched all of it.
