Doug needs nasal drops as well as antibiotics, making him the most complicated patient in a fast-moving cat-care update.

This did not go well 😀

Sierra Rose briefly thinks she and Cam have found their rhythm. After giving Zach his medicine, she says, "That was good! That was much better. I think we got the hang of it."

Doug still has to have his turn.

The new Short follows the practical work after the vet visits: four cats need oral antibiotics, Doug also needs nasal drops, and Willow is the only healthy one. Ember resists her syringe, Kodi's dose takes two attempts, and Zach leaves the pair sounding cautiously encouraged.

With Doug, they eventually turn to a blanket wrap. "We have a Doug burrito," Cam announces. It doesn't prevent some of the medicine from ending up on his shirt.

The upload drew roughly 892,000 views in nine hours, already well beyond Sierra Rose's usual full-day start for a Short. The comments also passed three times her usual first-day total. Viewers keep returning to Cam's calm announcement about the blanket wrap and the couple's repeated encouragement to the cats.

After the recent carrier preparations and custom bowls, this update shows the less tidy part of caring for the household: getting through each cat's medication in turn.
