Who has weapons in space? In Ryan Kelly's version, everyone has an answer, and America's is the most alarming. "Weapons in Space?!!?" casts the countries as characters trading lines about satellites and tungsten rods, the old "Rods from God" idea of dropping metal from orbit, and it has passed 1.4 million views since September 28.

The comments are a close reading of the performance. Many viewers point to the moment the American character drops the whimsy and goes serious at the very end, and the tungsten rods line gets quoted back so often it has become the sketch's catchphrase. Others start betting on what comes next, with orbital rail guns already on somebody's bingo card, and one viewer blames Ace Combat for leaking into reality.

The man behind it calls himself Youth Pastor Ryan, adding in his channel description that he is not a real one but does look like one. His week had three uploads. The second, "New mess up by Ubisoft!!", started even faster and is now the channel's busiest video day to day. The third, "War Tactics Versus!!", went back to the USA-Russia pairing and adds a necromancer to the tags.

All of it lifted the channel to more than twice its usual daily views, around ten million for the week. Among sketch channels of his size, that sits mid-pack: dinocornel and INAFISH are having the loudest weeks, while Toby Stubbs is quieter. Further back, a three-week-old short about a human-brain data center in Singapore keeps ticking past six million.
