Weird dimples, a Rickie Fowler chipping fix and five Rick Shiels uploads

The finale of his Handicap Series, where he finally reveals his real handicap, is still drawing a steady crowd eleven days on.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

The WORST miss EVER!!!🤯The WORST miss EVER!!!🤯

Five uploads, one oddball. The newest is a short about a golf ball with strange dimples, and barely a day in it has already passed the kind of first-day mark Rick's videos rarely reach. Why a dimple pattern should grab people faster than a disaster shot is anyone's guess, but it did.

The disaster shot is still doing fine. "The WORST miss EVER!!!" has the biggest total of the week, past 300,000 views. It shares the week with a nearly perfect moment that is still ticking along, a comparison of a 1998 driver with a 2018 one, and a short asking whether Rickie Fowler can save Rick's chipping. Fowler, a long-time PGA Tour player, is known for a deft touch around the greens, so he is a fair man to ask.

The older story with legs is the Handicap Series finale. In it Rick plays a 16-year-old described as Scotland's top-ranked junior, and at the end he reveals his official handicap for the first time.

Among golf, cycling and other sports channels, Rick sits fourth by subscribers. Bryson DeChambeau, one of the players Rick has teed it up with in Break 75, is running well above his usual pace, and Global Cycling Network and World Rugby are a touch busier than normal too.
