What does a home-improvement channel make when the project is a family tradition rather than a renovation? For Renovating Our Home, the answer is a birthday plate, made to come out again each year.
That small keepsake was the channel's sole upload, reaching roughly 6,000 views. The title's first-time-parent framing gives this DIY project a different purpose from the bathroom and garden work elsewhere on the channel: making something for an occasion that will repeat.
The plate is also drawing the strongest daily audience among the channel's active videos. Further back, "The viral chaos garden fail exactly one year later! 🥹💐 #chaosgarden #garden #diy #home" continues to pick up a few views, alongside "that one time our cats designed our bathroom 😗 #cats #interiordesign #bathroom #diy #partition". A garden experiment, feline-inspired interior design and a birthday keepsake make a nicely personal DIY shelf.
Subscribers stayed unchanged over the week, while today's viewing is somewhat below the channel's usual daily level. Among nearby home and DIY channels, Wood Season and The Lawn Dad had larger viewing weeks; 3DSage and Keith Fenner were quieter. Renovating Our Home sits between those weekly totals, with its newest project focused not on changing the house, but on making something to keep.
