Randa Rosa greeted October the way her title promised: "IT'S OCTOBER wake upppp pookie," posted on the first of the month, is the most watched of her thirteen uploads this week, already past 930,000 views. The channel describes itself as bringing art to life through beauty, and in practice that means nails, lots of them, filmed at odd hours ("nail day at 4am...." and "all this with 2h of sleep..." opened the week).

The October short's comment section has become a design meeting. The most liked reply is a joke about a candle that smelled too good to resist, and right behind it come the requests: Scream nails, Jack Skellington, Corpse Bride, Beetlejuice, one ghost and one pumpkin per finger. A few viewers also noticed that she set it to "Thriller."

Perhaps she was listening. Saturday's "what should 9 and 10 be?" hands the last two nails over to the audience, and it is the channel's quickest starter right now, close to 360,000 views on its first day. A phone scare, "almost broke my new iphone..," is moving well too.

The channel added about 50,000 subscribers over the week to reach 1.1 million, and its daily views ran right around their usual high level. Among the vlog and daily life channels nearest her size, she is one of the smaller ones by subscribers yet drew the most views of the week, ahead of Kate Marie, while Khloé Kardashian also had a busier week than usual.
