I’ll Never Buy Regular Ratchet Straps Again!

Among the DIY, building and home channels, The Lawn Tools is in a league of its own this week. Home RenoVision DIY and Half-Asleep Chris are busy too, and Simone Giertz is keeping things calm. Project Farm sits fourth by subscribers, with daily views in the middle of the pack, and one new video gave the week its shape.

That video is "I’ll Never Buy Regular Ratchet Straps Again!", posted Sunday, and it passed 300,000 views within its first day. On its own it is moving at roughly twice the pace of the entire channel on a normal day. The title leaves plenty to the imagination about which straps won him over.

Behind it, the older tests keep ticking along. "I’ll Never Buy Another WALMART Battery!" is two months old and past two million views, and it still draws a little more each day than last week's "Please Avoid This Car Interior Cleaner!" For a channel whose headlines tend to start with "never" or "avoid", the verdicts seem to keep finding viewers long after they go up.
