Jackson Koivun, 21 and unbeaten, fills the PGA Tour's Presidents Cup week

Justin Thomas's praise for the rookie leads fifteen uploads, while a mic'd-up Jake Knapp from the BMW Championship has become the channel's fastest mover.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

“He’s really good at golf.” 👏“He’s really good at golf.” 👏

The PGA Tour spent its week at Medinah, and one name kept turning up in the titles. Jackson Koivun, 21, made his Presidents Cup debut and, by the channel's own count, finished 2-0-1, unbeaten as a rookie. Three of the six most watched new uploads are about him: a swaggering drive on the 18th tee, every shot he and Si Woo Kim played on that same closing hole, and the one that went furthest, Justin Thomas explaining why the young man is, in the title's plain words, really good at golf. That Thomas clip has passed 860,000 views.

The Day 4 Singles highlights, featuring Scottie Scheffler, Sam Burns and Chris Gotterup, did solid business too, and Collin Morikawa's 1-up win over Hideki Matsuyama got a reel of its own. The description frames the week around an American side chasing an 11th straight Cup and an International team, led by Adam Scott and captain Geoff Ogilvy, still waiting for a first win since 1998.

The quickest thing on the channel is from a different week entirely: "It's a humble game... 😂", a taste of Jake Knapp wearing a microphone for all four rounds of the BMW Championship. Two days old, it is drawing more each day than anything else. A 2024 clip of Matt McCarty driving a par 4 from 310 yards to three feet, from his first Tour win, has crept in behind it.

The whole channel is running comfortably above its usual daily pace. Among nearby sports channels, SnipeFlex and the All Blacks are busy, while World Rugby and Danny Maude are quieter than normal.
