Aa Bata Aama 2 adds a trailer before its cinema date

The song arrived first; now Aa Bata Aama 2 has a trailer drawing nearly a million views a day on OSR Digital. Released Monday, it gives the Nepali distributor's busy week a clear destination: the film's October 16 cinema opening.
The trailer names Bipana Thapa, Paul Shah and Pradeep Rawat among its cast. It has already passed four million views, though the film's Dashain song, "Kya Daami Dekhiyo," remains the most watched of the week's new uploads. Babul Giri supplies its lyrics, music and arrangement, and sings alongside Rachana Rimal, Ravi Oad and Junu Rijal.
Under the song, there is more than cast loyalty and view-count watching. Some commenters talk about being unable to travel home for Dashain, giving the festive release a homesick counterpoint.
OSR posted 15 videos across the week. Beyond Aa Bata Aama 2, "Bahulauchhu Ki Kya Ho" introduces music from Shabir Shrestha's 36 Ko Aankada, with Satya Raj Aacharya and Anju Pant on vocals. That film lists a December 3 cinema date. Buhari reached its three-hundredth episode, while Juthe continued its social drama about Dalit emancipation; the latter is already among the channel's most active uploads.
Across the catalog, daily viewing is running roughly four-fifths above its usual pace, while subscribers remain unchanged. OSR also had the largest weekly viewing total in this neighboring film-channel group, with Universal Pictures and DC enjoying elevated daily viewing too. For OSR, the strongest momentum belongs to the new trailer, followed by Juthe and the song that started the film's release-week buildup.
