A 65-pound blue catfish marks OPG's Mississippi River return
The channel's only new upload continues its day-by-day catfishing trip, away from its Oklahoma paddlefish-guide roots.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
65 Pound Blue Catfish Caught In the Mississippi River | Day 2
OPG continued its Mississippi River trip with a second-day episode, giving the catch itself top billing: "65 Pound Blue Catfish Caught In the Mississippi River | Day 2". For a channel named Oklahoma Paddlefish Guides, this series offers a different river and a different quarry.
The new installment has drawn a few hundred views, a modest audience for the channel's subscriber size. It is nevertheless the busiest of OPG's currently active videos, attracting considerably more daily views than "Day 1: Catfishing The Mississippi River!". That earlier episode's description sets out a Sunday schedule for the trip. An older upload, "Mississ River Catfishing Day 4 | Hour 4", also continues to pick up views, giving the collection both full-day headings and an hour-specific entry.
The subscriber audience stayed unchanged over the week, while the channel added about 7,100 views. Its latest daily viewing is somewhat above its usual level, though the week's overall audience was smaller than those of the nearby outdoor channels. Outback Mike and Ollie Craig - Primal Pursuit both had much busier weeks and gained subscribers. OPG's own new material stayed focused on the Mississippi, with a hefty blue catfish as the reason to return for day two.
