Terraria's unfinished tabletop adventure keeps No Pun Included busy
Elaine and Efka posted nothing new, but their board-game adaptation review is approaching three-quarters of a million views.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
We Could Not Finish Terraria: The Board Game
Elaine and Efka left the upload shelf untouched this week. The busiest part of No Pun Included's back catalog, though, has a wonderfully unresolved title: "We Could Not Finish Terraria: The Board Game."
Published more than five months ago, that review remains the channel's strongest source of viewing momentum. Terraria's original video game makes digging, building and exploring into an open-ended adventure; bringing that sprawling premise to a tabletop gives a review about not finishing it a particularly intriguing hook. The video has reached roughly 743,000 views.
Elsewhere in the archive, "Why is Arcs Like That?" offers a very different commitment. Its chapter list stretches past the hour-and-a-half mark, and its bibliography reaches from Isaac Asimov's Foundation books to Ursula K. Le Guin and Kim Stanley Robinson. This is board-game criticism with a substantial science-fiction reading list. "Endeavor: Deep Sea and the Turn One Trap" is also among the older reviews drawing viewers.
The channel added about 61,000 views over the week, with subscribers unchanged. Daily viewing is running at around half its usual pace. In the wider tabletop neighborhood, No Rolls Barred had a million-view week, while Shut Up & Sit Down is also seeing a slower daily pace than usual. For No Pun Included, the unfinished Terraria session remains the archive's main attraction.
