Two days old and already past a third of a million views, "Minecraft But It's 1 Realistic Block!" is the only new video on Nico's channel. It is moving faster now than it did when it landed on Saturday, a small acceleration that single-upload weeks do not always get.

Behind it, the gap is wide. "Minecraft But Liking Changes My Block" and "THE WORLD IS FLOATING GRAVEL #minecraft", both posted back in spring, are running almost level with each other, each at a tiny fraction of the new video's pace. The gravel short has quietly gathered close to six million views along the way.

The channel as a whole is running at exactly its usual daily pace, with subscribers still arriving steadily. Among Minecraft creators, Nico sits third by subscribers in the group. Milo and Chip and Firelight are drawing far more daily views, while JeromeASF, one of the two bigger channels by subscribers, is having a much calmer run. For Nico, one block was enough to keep things moving.
