'Respect To This Daughter' passes twelve million for Mindova
A wholesome clip set to Ravyn Lenae's 'Love Me Not' carries the clips channel through a fifteen-upload week.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Respect To This Daughter ❤️
Mindova, a clips channel that calls itself a curiosity channel, posted fifteen shorts this week, every one of them built the same way: someone else's footage, a heart emoji in the title and a wholesome hashtag. The description of the biggest says the editing takes a few hours per clip, with motion tracking and color grading laid over the original video.
That biggest one is "Respect To This Daughter ❤️," posted on September 27 and already past twelve million views. It is set to "Love Me Not" by Ravyn Lenae, the Chicago singer whose 2024 album Bird's Eye carried that song. Five days on, it is still pulling in more views each day than anything else on the channel, new or old.
The rest of the week leaned on the same feeling. "Teenagers In A Nutshell ❤️" borrowed Shakira and Burna Boy's "Dai Dai," while "They All Doubted Him ❤️" and the newest, "Her Biggest Fan ❤️," are both moving briskly after a few days.
For all that, the channel's daily views are running at roughly half their usual level, a pace still in the millions but well below what Mindova normally does. Several clip channels nearby are also under their norm, Kind Otter and WOW Moments among them, while monium is running a little ahead of its own.
