"He's a CRY BABY 😂" nears two million for MavAndKenzie
The couple behind a channel that says it loves Jesus and making people laugh posted nothing new, and three September shorts carried the week.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
He’s a CRY BABY 😂
A pause, mostly. MavAndKenzie, the couple whose about page sums them up in one line, "We love Jesus and making people laugh," put up no new videos in the past seven days.
What kept the channel moving was a short from early September. "He's a CRY BABY 😂" is 26 days old and closing in on two million views, and it still draws more viewers each day than anything else they have posted. Right behind it sits "He loves me 😂❤️," eight days old and the newest of the bunch. Then comes "Sentenced Served!", which has already passed two million.
The week was much slower than the channel's usual rhythm, with daily views running at roughly a ninth of a typical pace. That is the kind of dip a channel built on fresh shorts tends to show when the uploads stop, and the subscriber count held steady at about half a million.
Among couples and family channels of a similar size, MavAndKenzie sits in the middle of the group. Lyndsay and Kunal had the giant week there, adding more than 36 million views and 12,000 subscribers, while The Stewart Fam also stayed busy. Meggan Grubb, just above MavAndKenzie by subscribers, drew a similar daily crowd but is running well ahead of her own usual pace.
