Ryu, Ken and Blanka nine days out: Street Fighter keeps Legendary busy

Legendary posted nothing new this week, and its channel still ran well above its usual daily pace. Two trailers did the work, and both are tied to dates on the studio's own calendar.
The busier one is "Street Fighter (2026) | Official Trailer," first posted back in spring. With the film due in theaters on October 16, it is close to two million views. The description sets the story in 1993: Ryu (Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo) are estranged and get pulled back into the World Warrior Tournament by Chun-Li (Callina Liang). Kitao Sakurai directs. Much of the fun is in the cast list, which reads a little like a wrestling and fight-night card: Cody Rhodes as Guile, Roman Reigns as Akuma, UFC champion Alexander Volkanovski as Joe, and Jason Momoa as Blanka.
Right behind it is the trailer for "Digger," Alejandro G. Iñárritu's original film with Tom Cruise as the most powerful man in the world, which opened on October 2. The trailer passed a million views, and people are still finding it in the week of release. The Dune: Part Three trailer, for the December finale of Denis Villeneuve's trilogy, is keeping a much lower profile for now.
The channel added only a modest number of subscribers. Among film studio and trailer channels, the clear big week belongs to Warner Bros. Rewind, which is running above its own usual pace. Focus Features and Sony Pictures Releasing UK are well below theirs.
